SmallRig HawkLock Quick Release Half Cage for Sony FX3 and FX30
The SmallRig HawkLock Quick Release Half Cage for Sony FX3 and FX30 is a form-fitting camera cage for your compatible Sony FX3 (A) and FX30 camera, designed to add protection as well as provide multiple mounting points for additional accessories.
Included in this kit, you will find a HawkLock half cage and a removable top NATO rail. Mounting the camera to the cage is via screws on the bottom and one side to prevent twisting or unnecessary movements. Making it compatible with multiple NATO accessories, you will find a removable HawkLock NATO top plate. When removed, it can accommodate the original XLR top handle or other accessories that require full access to the top hot shoe.
On the basis of the SmallRig HawkLock Quick Release Half Cage for Sony FX3 and FX30, you will find an integrated Arca-Type quick-release base, enabling quick mounting to a compatible tripod. If your mounting platform does not include an Arca-Type base, you will also find 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-15 threads. Multiple mounting points can also be found around the cage, these include 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads, a shoe mount, a QD port, a strap slot, and a side HawkLock rail for adding a variety of accessories.
