The Canon RF 100-400mm f/5.6-8 IS USM Lens features a single Ultra Low Dispersion lens element towards the front of the lens group, correcting chromatic aberrations throughout the zoom range, ensuring bright, crisp and colourful images with minimal colour blur.
When using the Canon RF 100-400mm f/5.6-8 IS USM Lens in combination with either the Canon RF1.4x or the Canon RF2x Tele Extender, you are able to effectively extend the maximum focal length of 560mm to 800mm. The control ring on the Canon RF 100-400mm f/5.6-8 IS USM Lens allows for quick setting changes, including shutter speed and aperture.
